To listen to those songs and read those journal passages that once got you through.
To take that trip down memory lane.
To realize how far you've come from where you once were.
I live an incredibly blessed life, and everything that I once dealt with has made me the strong person I am today.
I have seen the darkest days, but I have also seen the beauty that our Lord and Savior has given me.
I will forever look at my hardships as blessings.
Blessings I was given to achieve strength and compassion for those that suffer.
This song holds a special place in my heart, because I opened my eyes, put down my knife, and found relief in His life.
